Chamber Reconnect is a product of Precognitive Labs ("we," "us"). This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. We've tried to keep it in plain language — if anything is unclear, email us at jen@precognitivelabs.ai.
What we collect
When you submit the "Share Your Business Story" form, we collect the information you provide: your name, email, business name, descriptions of your business and customers, your visibility interests and current needs, and any optional details you choose to share (website, phone, Chamber membership, upcoming news).
If you join the Local Discovery List, we collect your email address.
We don't use advertising trackers or sell your browsing behavior. Like most websites, our hosting provider may collect basic technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) to keep the site running and secure.
How we use it
- To review your submission and match your business with spotlight, interview, podcast, and content opportunities
- To contact you about those features and opportunities
- To help your Chamber connect you with relevant local resources
- To notify you when new Chamber Reconnect experiences (like local discovery) launch
Nothing about your business is published without your involvement. The consent box on the form covers being considered for features — before anything goes live, we work with you directly.
Where your information lives
Form submissions are stored securely in HubSpot, the customer relationship platform we use to manage submissions and communications. HubSpot processes this data on our behalf under its own privacy and security commitments.
Payments
Chamber Reconnect is free for members to share their story, and being considered for spotlights, interviews, and podcast features costs nothing. In the future, we may offer paid memberships or subscription services. If and when we do:
- Payments will be handled by a reputable third-party payment processor (such as Stripe or a similar provider) — we will not store your full credit card or bank account numbers on our own systems
- We will collect only the billing information needed to manage your subscription, such as your name, email, billing address, and payment status
- Subscription terms, pricing, and cancellation options will be clearly presented before you're ever charged
- We will update this policy before launching any paid services
What we don't do
- We don't sell your personal information
- We don't share your information with third parties for their own marketing
- We don't publish anything about your business without your involvement
Email and communications
We'll only email you about features, opportunities, and Chamber Reconnect updates. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, or you can email us directly and we'll remove you.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to:
- See the information we have about you
- Correct or update it
- Delete it from our systems
- Withdraw your consent to be featured

Children
This site is intended for business owners and adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
If we make meaningful changes — like launching paid subscriptions or new data uses — we'll update this page and the date at the top.
